As an Encounter Art guide, my passion is to share with different groups all the possibilities of art as a resource. Common to all the groups I guide is being present in the moment, strengthening human interaction with positive exchanges and sharing new perspectives.
My work experience increased my interest in actively influencing creative work on behalf of the human being. I received a diploma as a LogoArt-guide in 2009 and I graduated as an Encounter Art guide in2013 and as an Encounter Art trainer in 2019 from the Laurea University of Applied Science, which has brought the Japanese Clinical Art method to Finland. I am on the board of the Suomen Kohtaamistaide association and have a professional relationship with the Taide&Työelämä TOO-association.
As a Designer, I create, develop, and realize ideas by myself or together with the client. More than 25 years of work experience have led me from the Lahti Institute of Design to my own business as a fashion designer-entrepreneur in France and Finland. I studied pattern-making and moulage in Paris at the Centre de Formation de Modélisme. During a ten-year period, I designed collections for the French brand Ecru andI started my own women’s clothing brand : anu.leinonen. Some of my clients have been Lapuan Kankurit, Aarikka, SOK, Reima and Blueman. I am a member of the Finnish Association of Designers known as Ornamo.
